Triple Sequence Holdings LLC Established
Triple Sequence Holdings LLC was organized in the State of Utah as a privately held, diversified holding company headquartered in Lehi, Utah. The firm is structured to acquire majority and controlling stakes in established, cash-generative operating businesses and to hold them for the long term across five divisions — Technology, Consumer Products, Healthcare & Wellness, Real Assets, and Business Services. From inception, the company has operated on a "decentralized operations, centralized capital" model: operating teams run the day-to-day while the holding company sets standards and allocates capital.
Governance & Compliance Framework Adopted
The company adopted a board-level governance, risk, and compliance framework to guide its operations as a multi-entity holding company. The framework establishes clear standards for oversight, internal controls, and ethical conduct across every portfolio company, supported by centralized financial oversight and shared accounting and FP&A. It reflects the firm's commitment to operating with institutional rigor and disciplined underwriting — durable demand, defensible margins, capable management, and conservative leverage — from its earliest stage.
Triple Sequence Holdings Acquires Meridian Cloud
Triple Sequence Holdings acquired Meridian Cloud, a managed cloud infrastructure and data-platform provider founded in 2016 and headquartered in Lehi, Utah, which now anchors the firm's Technology Division. Meridian Cloud delivers managed cloud, data platforms, and IT operations to mid-market enterprises across the Western United States. The company continues to operate under its existing leadership, with the holding company providing capital allocation, shared services, and M&A and integration support to pursue add-on acquisitions in the division.
Cedarline Brands Joins the Portfolio
Cedarline Brands, a house of branded home, kitchen, and outdoor goods founded in 2013 and headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah, joined the Triple Sequence portfolio as the cornerstone of the Consumer Products Division. Cedarline sells direct-to-consumer and through national retail partners across multiple product categories. Triple Sequence intends to support the business with shared accounting, procurement, and IT while pursuing add-on acquisitions to build a category-leading consumer-products platform.
Wasatch Wellness Group Joins the Portfolio
Triple Sequence Holdings added Wasatch Wellness Group, an operator of outpatient wellness and preventative-health clinics founded in 2018 and headquartered in Provo, Utah, establishing the Healthcare & Wellness Division. Wasatch Wellness serves consumers across the Mountain West with general wellness and primary-care adjacent services. As with every operating company, day-to-day management remains in place while the holding company provides governance standards, financial oversight, and shared services to support disciplined growth.
