The people who thrive here are rare. They combine the analytical rigor of a capital allocator with the operating instincts of a builder. They are as comfortable in a diligence model as they are walking the floor of an operating business — allergic to spin, and obsessed with doing the unglamorous work well. They measure themselves not by activity, but by durable outcomes.
CAREERS
Triple Sequence Holdings is built by people who think like owners. We are assembling a small, exceptional team to steward capital and operating businesses across diversified industries — for the long term.
WE'RE BUILDING SOMETHING EXTRAORDINARY.
We are not building a fund with a five-year clock. We are building an enduring, privately held holding company that owns and improves resilient operating businesses across five divisions — technology, consumer products, healthcare and wellness, real assets, and business services. We acquire controlling stakes in established, cash-generative companies and hold them for the long term, with no fixed exit timeline.
Because we are early and intentionally lean, every person we add shapes the firm. You will work directly with operating companies in the portfolio — Meridian Cloud, Cedarline Brands, and Wasatch Wellness Group — and on the capital allocation, M&A and integration, and shared-services work that ties them together. There is no narrow mandate to box you in; that breadth is the opportunity, and the responsibility.
HOW WE WORK
Our values are not slogans on a wall. They are the standards by which we hire, decide, and hold one another accountable across every business in the portfolio.
Ownership Mindset
We hold the businesses we buy for the long term, so we treat every dollar and decision as our own. People here own outcomes end to end — a margin point at Cedarline Brands, an uptime target at Meridian Cloud — with the care of a proprietor, not a passing manager.
Intellectual Honesty
We seek the truth over the comfortable narrative. In diligence we underwrite to durable demand, defensible margins, and conservative leverage — and we walk away when the numbers do not hold. Candor is a form of respect.
Long-Term Thinking
We allocate capital against horizons measured in years and decades. We pursue add-on acquisitions to build category leaders within each division, forgo easy wins, and compound quiet advantages that others overlook.
Operational Rigor
Discipline is our default. We run a decentralized-operations, centralized-capital model: operating teams own the day-to-day while we set governance, financial, and compliance standards — and we do the unglamorous work of controls, reporting, and integration that preserves value.
WHAT WE OFFER
The case for joining an early, ambitious holding company is straightforward: scope, ownership, and proximity to the decisions that matter.
- Meaningful ownership of outcomes. You will own real problems end to end across the portfolio — a pricing question at Cedarline Brands, a margin issue at Wasatch Wellness Group, an integration plan for a new add-on — with the authority and accountability to see them through.
- Exposure across five divisions. Our portfolio spans technology (Meridian Cloud), consumer products (Cedarline Brands), and healthcare and wellness (Wasatch Wellness Group), with real assets and business services in development. You see how very different businesses are run, side by side — an uncommonly broad education.
- Direct exposure to capital allocation. Work alongside the decision-makers who source, underwrite, and deploy capital. You will sit close to acquisition diligence, add-on decisions, and how disciplined allocation compounds across the portfolio over time.
- Hands-on operations and integration. We are owners, not spectators. You will engage with the operating realities of real companies — strategy, controls, performance improvement, and the work of integrating new acquisitions — rather than analysis from a distance.
- Shared-services scope. The holding company centralizes accounting and FP&A, governance and compliance, M&A and integration, and shared services like HR, legal, IT, and procurement. There is room to build these functions, not just operate them.
- A small, high-trust team. Fewer people, higher standards, and a culture that prizes integrity, clarity, and follow-through over politics and noise. As an early member, your mandate expands as quickly as your judgment and results allow.
CURRENT OPENINGS
The roles below are evergreen areas of long-term interest, not active requisitions. They exist so talented people can introduce themselves ahead of need. Each sits at the holding-company level and works across the portfolio.

Introduction
Send a short note and your background to careers@triplesequenceholdings.com. Tell us how you think and what you have built — substance over formatting.
Conversation
If there is a fit, we begin with candid conversations about your experience, your motivations, and how you would approach the work — whether that is underwriting a deal, improving a portfolio company, or building a shared-services function. We answer your questions just as openly.
Diligence
We get to know your work in depth, and you get to know ours. We will work through a real problem from the portfolio together — a diligence question, an operating challenge, or a reporting build — so both sides reach a genuine understanding of fit.
